No time for a workout? Take it to your backyard and put together an outside obstacle course. 

  • * Kettlebell swing (10X)
  • Running grid (High Knees)
  • 10 yard sprint
  • one PVC-pipe hurdle
  • Flip tire (4X)
  • Jump Rope (10X) 
  • Sprint 20 yards 

 

If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you
