Routine: 25-yd Sprints (5X)

100-yd Sprints (Timed- 2x)

10-yd Bunny Hop and 100-yd Sprints (5X)

** I need to work on quick High Knees for faster sprints

Finished it off with "Breakfast for a Champ" - my homemade Sweet Potatoe pancake and "CRACK" coffee
