Do you weigh your food? Generally, most people don't unless they are seriously dieting...At this point (six days from weigh-in at TRI-Fitness Contest), it is CRUCIAL.  But, really, do you know how much food you are consuming in one meal? Is it 4 ounces of salmon or 6 ounces ( a difference of 117 calories, 7.1 g Fat & 12.6 g Protein) ?

So, my breakfast this morning consisted of 4 oz of sweet potatoes (102 calories, 24g Carbs, 2.3 g Protein), 7 egg whites ( 120 calories, 25.2 g Protein) and 1.5 ounces of buffalo meat (74 calories, 2.1 g Fat, 12.8 g Protein) = Grand Total (296 calories, 40.3 g Protein, 2.1 g Fat, 24g Carbs)  THIS is a BREAKFAST for BEAST TRAINING today. I am running the outside obstacle course this morning followed by, a dress run of Fitness routine at noon.

So, it is TIME to WAKE UP and WORKOUT!!
