For the Tri-Fitness Contest on June 10 and 11, I trained the bench press (80#) for 50 reps and was successful in my gym. But, as the last event approached, I knew I was feeling fatigued and began to question my ability. "FOCUS" ...That is what I planned to do and I stuck to that motto until ...


49 1/2 reps...Really ? *h^t!!

I know I can bench 80# for 50 reps... So, next year, I WILL DO it AGAIN!!
